Greg has over 35 years of experience in the construction and development business and is the owner/founder of Professional Construction Management. His diverse background is a huge asset to your project from its initial inception through completion. He is dedicated to providing you with the best construction experience from start to finish.

Joe Peters . Project Manager

Joe has 9 years of experience in the construction industry. In addition to working on the GC side he has been an owner's representative for tenant improvement at a healthcare real estate investment trust. Joe holds a BS from UW-Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.

Owner's Representative

As an owner's representative, Professional Construction Management, Inc. will assist you in defining your goals and priorities. PCM is connected within the construction industry to provide owners with a list of accountable and fitting firms to perform your required services. In the early stages, PCM will analyze proposals and make recommendations on the best service providers. As the project progresses, PCM is there to manage design meetings, evaluate budget objectives and ensure the owner's vision is met. During the construction phase, PCM is onsite to monitor progress of the project and resolve issues.
